    Do I need to make a reservation or can I just come to the boat at the scheduled time?
    Advance reservations and pre-payment are required in order to be guaranteed a spot on the cruise, even if you already have tickets. Anyone who arrives at the boat without a PREPAID reservation is on STANDBY. This means that you will be able to pay and board the cruise only if there is available space. Most of our cruises sell out in advance so we do not recommend showing up at the boat without a reservation, especially for larger groups.

    Why can't I see future dates on the calendar?
    Our public cruise schedule is available online for reservations with dates and boarding times a month in advance.  Please check the calendar the first two weeks of the prior month for updates.  

    What is the dress code for the cruise?
    The dress code is cool and casual. Most people dress as they would when going out to a nightclub. (No baseball caps allowed)

    What kind of music is played on board?
    Our DJs play all types of music, from hip hop to disco classics, salsa, merengue, reggae, even Sinatra. We want to get you dancing so feel free to make requests, especially if you are celebrating a BIRTHDAY or other special occasion.

    Do all passengers have to be over 21 years-old to go on the cruise?
    Most of our cruises are at night and guests must be 21 or older. Our daytime cruises are open to all ages. 

    What kind of food is served on board?

    We are a "Party Cruise" and it is our goal to offer our customers a great time at a reasonable price. So even though we are not a "Dinner Cruise", we do provide a delicious casual hot buffet to those who have selected it when making reservations. This typically inlcudes freshly baked rolls, mixed green salad, a chicken entree, a hot pasta or rice accompaniment and dessert (served buffet style).  Please note this is not an "All You Can Eat Buffet".

    What happens if it rains?
    All cruises sail rain or shine because all of our yachts are enclosed and protected from the elements. Do not assume that because it is raining the cruise is cancelled. In the unlikely event that a cruise has to be cancelled because local authorities have closed the harbor due to severe weather, all confirmed passengers will be contacted in advance and a rain check will be issued to sail on another date. Confirmed passengers who do not show up for a cruise cannot apply their payment to a future date or request a refund.

    I prepaid for my reservation but I missed the cruise. Can I get a credit to go on another date?
    We're sorry, but ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL, we cannot apply charges for a missed cruise towards another future cruise date. This is industry standard practice for all cruise lines.

    Is there reserved seating?
    All seating is on a first come, first served basis. We recommend that you arrive early for the best seating options, especially for large groups.

    Are cruises available year-round?
    We operate May thru December for public cruises. Private charter events are available year-round. During the summer season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) we have cruises almost every weekend. During the rest of the year we operate on a schedule which is based on demand. Our first cruise of the year is usually Valentine's Day, and we begin our regular cruise schedule in May. Summer is obviously our busiest season, but Autumn cruises are great and we are quite busy all the way through until New Years Eve. Generally, we do not have public cruises in the month of January.

    Can I pay by Credit Card?
    We accept all major credit cards FOR ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ONLY. WE CANNOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AT THE BOAT. All transactions handled at the boat must be in cash.

    I bought promotional tickets at my school or workplace - how do I use them?
    All you need to do is choose a cruise date from our schedule page and click the reservations button. Enter the ticket serial number when prompted to apply tickets to your reservation.
